Our WV2 6th graders got to "Soar to New Heights" at their Character Development event yesterday. Through various workshops (and even a mini picnic!), they learned how to meet new friends, make conversation in small groups, understand the importance of being genuine, and use strategies to stay motivated to keep trying even when something seems hard at first.
